A compilation of ideas for a healthier, happier life

I’ve been collecting ideas on how to feel great for a long time, and I decided to catalog them here.  It’s exciting to share what I’ve learned with the people I care about!  I also want to invite you to share with me anything you’ve found that works for you, so that our pursuit of health can be a group effort.


Two resources that transcend the categories below are the Optimum Health Institute, where I stayed for a total of three months in 2007 and 2008, and Anthony Robbins, who in addition to being a superlative motivational speaker, has spent a lot of time himself thinking about health.  I highly recommend downloading his 30-minute seminar called “How to Increase Your Energy,” and listening to it at your leisure.
