Either Udo or U Don’t

 
 
 
 
 

I’ve known for a long time that Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s) are important, and I’ve tried different supplements in the past.  One of my fav’s has been the peach flavored Cod Liver Oil, but I like to alternate this with Udo’s Oil (which is 100% plant-based).


This qualifies as a blog post because for the first time I noticed that they sell a version of Udo’s with DHA.  It tastes about the same as the old Udo’s (which is to say, not good) but it makes my brain feel awesome!  I really do notice the difference. 


I recently read an article on the pros and cons of eating sushi.  The article concluded that the pros outweigh the cons, but my overall impression is that I’m happy to be getting my EFA’s from plants (ie - Udo) more often than not!
